Planful helps expedite our budget and projection processes. It is also a powerful tool that allows us to run accurate and detailed reports from our management level all the way to our C Suite. Tools like Spotlight have evolved our reporting processes and saved our company and team valuable time that we can use to do actual analysis instead of spending hours creating, formatting, and editing reports.

Planful has allowed us to work more closely with multiple departments across the company. It's allowed us to collaborate better with accounting to provide them with better reports that tie out to their systems. Planful has also helped us work closely with other departments that have no relation to finance. It's allowed them to understand the FP&A processes better and grasp their own budgets better.

Yes. While we're still using a few different platforms, we're pushing to consolidate to a single platform to allow for better data communication. Using Planful as a single platform allows other departments to understand our processes better and be more heavily involved, leaving us with more time to analyze and forecast properly.
