Overall Satisfaction with Planview AdaptiveWork
We mainly use the system to track time and expenses and to some extent project time management. It allows us to keep accurate records of how much time/money was spent on a project, but do not always use the full extent of the product.
Pros
- Expense Tracking
- Time Sheet Tracking
- Historical Records of each project
Cons
- When an end date is changed, the start date changes to the end date even when the start date was set at the time of project setup.
- Inability to clean up customer lists even if customers have been inactive for a number of years.
- Pulling some reporting information is hard to pull because it goes by name or project number assigned. It does not always feel streamlined.
- Great time sheet tracking per person on each project they are assigned to
- Expenses tracked to each project
