[Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas)] is being used across the whole IT organization. It help with time tracking, project budgets, forecasts, reports and dashboards. Numerous other uses as well used for invoice reconciliation or managing expenses etc.

- Time tracking breakdown and visability
- Permission profile setup based on roles and group settings
- Customer Service for training or troubleshooting
- Innovative way to refine current processes
- Sharing new innovations new beta testing and sharing upcoming capabilities through Webinar
- History breakdown for time tracking per timesheet
- Bulk edit custom rates
- Autonomous Time tracking through 3rd party inegration
- API capability for custom setup
- Option to have a training video on any new capability at the new page rather than searching for it though archives
- Had a 80% increase in forecasting for resource allocation
- Helps being within 10% of project allocation with time tracking and budgeting
- Project Initiations gateways has provided all parties involved an extensive view of what is needed and when within the specified allotted time making each PIR approval 50% more efficient than the previous methods
