Overall Satisfaction with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas)
We use Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas) primarily by the Project Management department but is also being utilized across the whole organization. Mainly using this product for project and resource management. Utilizing the report and dashboard capabilities for visibility into projects and resource management.
- Has robust reporting capabilities for transparency into projects and resource management.
- Ability to customize project tasks again for transparency into projects.
- Resource management allows oversight into particular resources and what they are working on.
- Could have more/better reporting capability. That is currently being worked on to be released later this year.
- Do not have the current usage of this product to determine this capability.

All have similar capabilities. The tool is only as good as the data you are putting into it. Make sure you have business buy-in and clear processes set.
