[Planview Projectplace] is being used to streamline our Project Management approach across our global business. We are implementing across functions one by one to centralize our reporting. While there has been a learning curve, it has created endless opportunities for advancement.

In my experience, the issues I have had have required jumping through numerous hoops to get to the right person to help me. Then not being able to talk to the developer directly, my issue was not properly understood and the middleman in CS was confused. I was also told my issue was moderate and would be solved in 3 months although I explained that it was pressing. Admins on the account should have more direct access to advanced support.

Usability

It is fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it but there are some buttons that are not intuitive/don't look like buttons etc.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is great for global projects and for unique projects that require customization. It is not great for non-PMs to manage alone as there is so much opportunity for customization that it can be underutilized.
