Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox mainly being used as a tool to track my team's quality and performance. It is being used across the whole organization worldwide. So far, it helps addressing issues that we are facing with the quality of my team, and we managed to tackle our quality issue with the evaluations, and also the reports that we are currently using right now.
  • Evaluations: We are able to tackle SOP and also error from the team, so that they will improve on which area
  • Report: We are able to track our overall quality of the team
  • Coaching: We will send the coaching for agent's confirmation
  • Suggestion to integrate Playvox with Tableau report
  • All positive impact

When we encountered so many problems in regards to quality, we managed to improve the overall overview from the stakeholders regarding the poor quality of the product that we deliver. We managed to deliver our best product to the respective stakeholders and they are really satisfied with our performance now.
