Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

I use Playvox as a tool for my development and productivity throughout the day at work.
Also, I use the platform for other employees in my company when providing highlights.
We also use it as a tool to inform and disseminate campaigns, improvements, and highlights of the month.
Playvox helps me to solve the main problems in my calls, as it uses a platform as support in customer service.

Pros

  • Use it as a support guide for my service.
  • Use as a recognition platform.
  • Evaluate the quality of other agents in the assistance.

Cons

  • The layout could be improved.
  • The form provided to post important issues.
  • Navigation from one page to another.
  • News released by Playvox could have the option to translate into other languages.
  • Interaction between areas of the company.
  • Used for completion of training.
  • Posting important news.
  • Posts of urgent messages that need to be viewed right away.

The part used for recognition by other agents is easily accessible, and everyone has the opportunity to view, like, and comment, like a social network. In the part where quality monitoring is disclosed, my company bets a lot on the visual, using the resources of tables and graphs, this contributes to better visualization of employees.
