Overall Satisfaction with Pocus

We use Pocus to help us identify accounts that need to be reached out to and using playbooks we can have those users triggered based off certain indicators. It makes it easy to provide valuable touch points rather than “just checking in”

  • Integrates with other tools
  • Saves time
  • I’ve been able to catch several risk accounts earlier because of the triggers set up

We do power hours where we focus time to call our accounts. Pocus makes it easy to queue up relevant contacts so we can be more impactful with our time
