Overall Satisfaction with Pocus
We use Pocus to track pipeline-building activity and monitor daily client engagement. It gives us visibility into things like login frequency, overall usage, and how teams are interacting with ClickUp day to day
Pros
- Finding the most active users
- Managing upcoming renewals
- Insights into how often people use our software, and what they do on a daily basis
Cons
- It needs to be refreshed more often
- the search capabilities could be better. Sometimes its hard to find a user connected to a workspace.
- The integration with outreach could be better
- Allowing to to find upsell opportunities
- identifying leads
- Outreach, Nooks and Microsoft Dynamics 365
