Overall Satisfaction with Pocus

We use Pocus to track pipeline-building activity and monitor daily client engagement. It gives us visibility into things like login frequency, overall usage, and how teams are interacting with ClickUp day to day

Pros

  • Finding the most active users
  • Managing upcoming renewals
  • Insights into how often people use our software, and what they do on a daily basis

Cons

  • It needs to be refreshed more often
  • the search capabilities could be better. Sometimes its hard to find a user connected to a workspace.
  • The integration with outreach could be better
  • Allowing to to find upsell opportunities
  • identifying leads
I’d give Pocus a 7. It’s intuitive for the most part and makes it easy to surface the signals I care about, but there are a few workflows that could feel smoother. Overall though, it definitely gets the job done

Pocus is great for anything tied to adoption, expansion, and overall account health. For example, I rely on it to surface when a customer’s usage dips, when new teammates join a workspace, or when someone starts exploring a feature that aligns with an upsell conversation. It gives me the context I need to reach out proactively with something actually relevant, not just a check-in.
