Overall Satisfaction with Pocus

We use Pocus for prospecting into existing and new customers. Specifically for the new business team is great as we manage a very high number of accounts and therefore a very high amount of leads. Pocus allows us to quickly understand which accounts to prioritise and how to reach out to customers in a very fast and easy friendly way. As an account Executive a use Pocus on a daily basis and I love it.

Pros

  • Prioritises accounts and brings relevant information
  • tells me exactly which sequences to use
  • brings up leads I need to reach out first

Cons

  • I would love to see what was the last sequence used in the particular prospect directly from Pocus
  • Pocus to give you dashboard with more insights to understand what is working
  • Ppocus to let you send message directly from the tool
  • helps create more pipeline
  • helps with AE productivity
  • allows for easier manual camapaign to be launched
I think Pocus is extremely easy to use and love the interface.
Salesforce has a lot of information but Pocus is easier to use and better interface.

Yes

Pocus is very user friendly when comparing to Salesforce or other crms. I would love to see dashboards and get more information from Pocus , maybe something similar to Tableau .
