We use Pollfish across a variety of types of surveys. Running quarterly brand pulse checks to we can ensure we're on top of our brand metrics to better understand our content performance. Using survey data to create content that feed into our brand & content strategy. Pollfish allows us to drill down into the exact audience we want to hear from - whether it's looking at specific demographics to best-match our existing and potential customer base; creating lookalike survey audiences that match our target audience or better-understanding the sentiment and opinions within our industry.

Usability

Surveys are really easy to create - choosing the question format, the audience demographics are detailed enough for us to build a target audience and it's great that it gives you an estimated cost based on the extra demographic requirements you add and the number of survey respondants you want. It's great that the survey also comes back with suggestions or recommendations after submitting for review.

Overall Pollfish is very useful with how you can build out the audience of who you're looking to survey. The different segmentation is pretty specific and largely works well for what we need (i.e. build a general lookalike audience to match our target demographic customer-wise) however the more detail or specific we could get into (for example) job seniority would be better
