Overall Satisfaction with Pollfish

We have mostly used Pollfish for user research and concept testing. We have launched surveys across different countries and gained insights into our user pain points and our ideas.

Pros

  • Be able to tick and filter answers
  • Review surveys for small mistakes prior to launch
  • Review answers to identify bots or low-quality answers
  • Amazing customer service. The support team is incredibly fast to respond and has always helped me solve my issue. It is of the top things I like from Pollfish!

Cons

  • You were able to launch a multi-country survey, and this feature has been removed.
  • Be transparent with recruitment process to trust answers are human
  • Insights from answers
  • We have gathered insightful learnings from Pollfish, but I can't match ROI just yet as we haven't spun out ventures that are linked to our research within Pollfish. TBD and hopefully is positive soon!
Overall I like it a lot. There are many question options and configurations, and the logic path possibilities are quite strong.
I like the interface, and the speed and kindness of the support team continues to be part of my highlights.
The logic path and question type of options is lot stronger.

I have tried other services, such as Norstat Express, which deliver results in just minutes. This makes me highly doubtful that the answers come from real humans. Whereas with Pollfish I have had to wait, sometimes weeks, for results, but this gives me more confidence that it is real people answering.

It would be great if there could be unmoderated testing or other types of engagement with Pollfish's audience.
