Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I utilize Pollfish to help drive our consumer insights portion of our business. The data that we collect here gets used in our thought leadership collateral and strategy. It also gets used internally for conversations with customers and for our product development. It's a great tool to begin the initial dive into a subject area or continue one that we can combine with our own expertise.

UI, sometimes it's slow in browser and can crash if trying to copy + paste too fast
Option to display question matrices vertical or horizontal
More survey display customization
Being able to input several images into a question/matrix

Drives a lot of traffic to our website when consumer insights pieces are put out
Had one customer request a meeting based on seeing our consumer data leading to a $100,000+ close on an opportunity

Usability

I think it is limited in being a browser only application. If there was a native software application that hosted Pollfish to eliminate some of the lag time working in surveys, I think that would be a big value add. Sometimes the platform gets too bogged online when trying to add things into the survey.

Alternatives Considered

Qualtrics XM for Strategy and Research

Cheaper, provides similar functions. Qualtrics has it's own application and runs smoother, but to get panelists it is very expensive.

I think if you are looking for a quick, efficient survey platform then Pollfish is where I would go. I'd like to understand how panelists are populated a little bit more to best understand the overall value of survey. Response time from the team is great.

I wouldn't use it too much for areas that I need to do more intense qualitative or any sort of differential scale/question dealing with multiple images consumers need to discern against
