Overall Satisfaction with Pollfish
we use Pollfish for a variety of quick-turnaround surveys, either for client deliverables or new business. we typically use it for simpler surveys where 1) we want to have immediate access to results 2) audience demographics arent complicated (most commonly GenPop) and 3) we dont have the budget for engaging a full-service vendor or do not need robust deliverables such as banners etc.
Pros
- easy questionnaire design
- fast fielding
- transparent pricing
- quick, responsive and helpful support
Cons
- more complex sampling/audience demos
- more straightforward ways of creating banners/cutting the data
- ability to adjust/modify survey parameters after fielding (when stopped/put on hold)
- At least a couple of our new business wins this year were attributed to prospective clients appreciating the thorough research our new business team conducted preparing for the pitch. We used Pollfish to collect the data for that research.
- We accelerated several deliverables being able to design, field and analyze surveys "un-house" using Pollfish rather than waiting for a 3rd party full-service vendor to return the survey data to us.
