Overall Satisfaction with Pollfish

We used Pollfish twice now to help assist our client with doing a customer survey to help support innovation concepting along with conducting a brand sentiment study to help understand if marketing has helped grow overall brand awareness and perception. We used the information gathered to help inform our strategy for next year and help understand where the opportunities are.

Pros

Cons

  • The survey set up UI is overall strong, but i do think there may be too many options to pick from when customizing each question. I think it can be improved by simplifying or grouping options together
  • Hard to say right now, but the information we got from Pollfish helped us determine how to design our packaging for some innovation lines
Overall it is easy to use and is a clean interface. However, as mentioned before, there is SO much flexibility that I think it takes a bit of time to just find what you need in terms of customizing each question. That's the only thing keeping it from a 9 or a 10. But it is affordable and gets the job done efficiently.
Pollfish was perfect for our CPG brand because we could narrow our respondent pool to very specific retailers and purchasing behaviors. Was also very affordable and fast.

If you are looking for a self-managed survey tool to gather information and data quickly, this is perfect. It's not overly complex and is generally easy to use and set up. The ability to customize audience is also very helpful to make sure you are reaching the customers or people that are most valuable to your business.
