Overall Satisfaction with Pollfish
I use Pollfish for marketing research, to test the population-level audiences relevant for my project. It is very helpful in providing insights outside our current user base, so we could compare the metrics and better understand the untapped potential of the market.
This year, it was very helpful in evaluating impact of a large scale marketing campaign.

Pros
- Survey building
- Advanced logic setup
- Hiring research panel
- Assistance with sampling and survey building
Cons
- I miss the flow view of the survey logic, as sometimes it is hard to see how the complex settings work together. Luckily, the Pollfish team helps with that!
- No AI summaries of the open text questions
- In the Results section, there are no ways to see multiple segments comparison
- It helped to evaluate the results of the last campaign, so we can optimise the future ones
We use Alchemer on a daily basis, as it is integrated with our product.
But Pollfish allows easier survey setup (e.g., options like "None of the above" or "Other" can be added in a second by ticking the box, and they are always at the same place).
We are using Pollfish for surveying external audiences, as their panels are of a high quality.
