Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS

We use PowerDMS in our company as a tried and true Document Management System. We house Policies, Procedures, Training, Communications and Testing. The system allows tracking of signatures on documents as well as attendance records and test scores for trainings.
  • PowerDMS is easy to find documents based on topic.
  • The documents are easy to find, read and sign off on when necessary. Signatures are easily tracked and employee/user set up is easy as well.
  • I wish the report feature could customize my reports. Often times I have to export into Excel and then sort information that way.
  • I would like to have multiple locations so I can better define the roles and responsibilities of some employees.
  • This system allows us to deliver policies and procedure company wide - nationwide wide - with the touch of a button.
  • I can keep up with regulatory trainings we are required to deliver and track test scores for future use.
The system was up and running upon my hire but we have taken it to a whole different level in the past two years. No complaints!
This system is working very well for our company to publish policies and procedures and obtain required signatures. Items are easily tracked and updating documents is very easy as well. Overall, as the Master Admin, I really do like this system.

500 - All functions from Sales to Servicing, all executive staff, etc...

  • Courses and Certificates may be something we use going forward as we develop a more intricate training program

The Support Team is amazing! There has never been an issue that I haven't been able to get resolved. Brian is fabulous!!!!! I'm also so happy when I call and he answers. :)
