Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS

The entire agency is utilizing PowerDMS as the main portal for accessing policies, procedures, and forms. Eventually we hope to integrate testing and surveys as well.
  • Upload of documents is extremely easy.
  • Administrative functions are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Document download is a simple process and allows for multiple formats.
  • Subfolders. It would be nice to be able to create more subfolders in a hierarchical format.
  • It would be nice to have a way to organize the results from a search function.
  • Be allowed to develop your own reports with a crystal reports like creator.
  • The system provides for an easy to use the format for policies and procedures.
  • The system allows access from any internet computer and mobile devices which makes it extremely easy to use.
  • We are pleased with the system and hope to start integrating more tests, classes, and surveys into the system.
PowerDMS works very well for policies and procedures. They are easy to upload and easy to access. The mobile function makes reviewing them very easy. The system is a bit complicated to set up classes and training and an easier interface for creating classes would be helpful.
