Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS
PowerDMS is being used in a few different ways in our agency. First, it is used as a keeper of all our agencies policy and also allows our department to seamlessly distribute and track a revised or new version of a policy department-wide. Our agency also uses PowerDMS to for its training module, which allows our department to push out mandated training in different formats to all of our members. The training module also allows us to track employee progress with tests so we can demonstrate that our members are learning the content.PowerDMS is used by everybody in the agency.
The problem PowerDMS addressed was we have members in two different stations and members sent to detached units and trying to make sure those members received revised/new policy or training was a hassle and people could slip through the cracks.

- Ease of use from the Manager to the End-User
- Customer Service is out standing.
- Easily accessible, anywhere you can get on the internet you can use PowerDMS
- The Standards Module could use some improvements, by allowing information from the other modules(other than policy) to easily be added to the files.
- The Training Module to easily have Access Data be dumped into PowerDMS.
- PowerDMS has saved money for our agency by the time of man hours saved.
