Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS
My organization utilized PowerDMS to manage assessment for our member agencies. The ability to conduct these assessments remotley saves time and money.
- First and foremost their customer service is exceptional. Always very helpful and responsive.
- They provide great training on the use of the various components of their software.
- They are responsive to their customers needs.
- It would be great if we could print a complete standards manual rather than printing each standard separately.
- Without a doubt it has made my ability to manage my clients and our accreditation program significantly more efficient.
Some of my clients utilize PMAM to manage their accreditation but it lacks the functionality availabl with PowerDMS
