Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS

PowerDMS houses all of our policies, forms and training. Before PowerDMS we had policies on 3 different sites, now they are on one easy to search and use site. We would run into problems of policies not be updated in all spots, so now that they are in one location, updating is no longer messy and it removes room for error.

  • Course/certificate can get confusing
  • Large focus on police work
  • More staff involvement on policies
  • Compliance on policies
  • Ability to interact on policies
We did review one other software product to help with out accreditation management, however, that did not offer anything like PowerDMS.
The PowerDMS support team is fantastic! There are different levels of staff, so you are always able to get an answer.

I would recommend PowerDMS for any company or group that is looking to organize things. Or if you have staff that need to be more involved, the workflow function is perfect!
