Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS

PowerDMS is used by our agency for policy, updates, training and documents as well as the storage of certificates. The entire agency uses the program at various levels. The program offers one stop shopping for most everything we need. The ability to retrieve docs from one location and to validate user review is priceless.

Cons

  • Certificate printing
  • Sorting
  • Speed of downloads
  • Lack of IT help for transfer of files
PowerDMS does more.

Well suited for policy / handbook tracking. Great for managing certificates and training. Not so good for anything finance related or Human Resources. Good for tracking guidelines and proofs for accreditation. Good for getting a message out and tracking it was received. Not good for non-computer users. Signature proof is perfect for recalling all requirements for standards.
