Overall Satisfaction with Practice Fusion

Pros

  • Provides MU platform for users.
  • Free software...great for smaller/lower volume practices.

Cons

  • Customization...you get what you pay for.
  • Interfacing with hospital systems.
  • Ergonomics of system...not intuitive.
  • Cerner, Athena, Allscripts and Amazing Charts
I personally would recommend Cerner over all other EMRs due to the ability to customize and navigate through the system.
I would recommend Practice Fusion to a smaller practice concerned with affording an EMR system.
