Overall Satisfaction with Printanista
We are using Printanista to keep check on the meter reading and supplies usage for our customer, However most of the reading not synced in on time to the cloud server or reflect on the Printanista.
Pros
- Show each machines supplies and meter reading seprately
- able to access the remoteweb page for the machine
- clear interface
Cons
- Meter doesn't able to sync into the cloud server on time
- The Meter and Supplies are not reflecting on the Prinanista webpage
- doesn't support most of the fiery, and the data are incorrect
- always got disconnected
- not a huge difference with FMAudit
- required us to type in the meter manually to the cloud server due to the data doesn't sync in
- doesn't create much value, due to most of the data is not synced in
We are able to manage and troubleshoot some of the issues remotely, if it is only the setting issues, However it will lag out or kick out few mins after we access to it. Moreover it requires the customer that turn on the computer in order to access to it
We have integrated with e-automate, as we have mentioned before. It doesn't sync in the meter ON TIME. Which require us to type in the meter reading manually all the time
