Well, the up side is when something makes no sense during or after setup, most of the support staff have been great, but it is not a simple nor direct set up to reach TRUE functionality. There are too many nuances to finally reaching a point where it SEEMS like things are all set... and then something fails to work. A feature disappears or a feature applies to one user but not another; so forth and so on.
