They have without a doubt the best support of any company I've ever worked with for this type of business model. The Calendly links I can use to book with my rep are a literal dream come true. She is always checking in on me even when I might drop the ball. I cannot reccomend them enough for the quality of their customer service.

Likelihood to Recommend

It would not be appropriate for a company with more than 2500 employees or a certain amount of volume. I tried to buy something last week and they only had 500 units of it. That was enough for me but wouldn't be for another company unfortunately. Its really well suited for enterprise companies that have a lot of outreach and marketing initiatives
