They're willing to help and do what is necessary, even when unnecessary. This is the case when I don't need service at that level, but I'd rather have excellent service always than wonder if it will be there when I need it. Overall, they are perfect, and they have good intentions.

[A...], our Customer Success Manager (CSM), has consistently provided helpful assistance in answering our inquiries and coming up with solutions for implementing ideas that we weren't sure would be possible. She has always responded to our queries immediately helping us get to the next step. Establishing a customer advocacy program necessitates the importance of having reliable customer support and we have that with Printfection.

Printfections support has been AMAZING. We have needed help and they have been there for us. They check in often and I feel like we are well taken care of. We had existing stock we needed added to our warehouse and they walked us through the process to do that. They are very attentive to all our needs.

Our experience with customer support at Printfection has been stellar. We love our account manager and the support she provides to help us stay on track with projects and coordinate shipping, storage, design approvals, etc. She is easy to get ahold of and can often help fast track last minute needs.

Their customer support is fast, friendly and really very good at providing solutions! They are always quick to respond and when needed they find alternatives and better pricing on the items we want the most. I have always gotten fast replies and I feel like the support team goes above and beyond to help!

Every step of the way, I have been helped by someone who feels like a friend. They know their stuff and they get back to me in a timely manner. It gets frustrating when you need help but the "experts" don't offer any. Printfection isn't like this at all. They've done a great job making sure I understand everything I need to have a successful campaign for our employees.

Whenever I have a question or problem, I email and get a response by a knowledgeable rep (I believe we have a dedicated rep), that typically solves my issue at first pass. There's not a lot of back and forth. Also, they are FAST to respond. I'm really satisfied with their support team - I wish all companies' support teams were as speedy and helpful.

It's clear they care about relationships with their customers as they all work hard to make sure you are getting the product, service and experience you want. Their response time is prompt, necessary action is always clear, and if you want a face to face conversation, they never hesitate to jump on a call.
