  • Time saver when it comes to file version and revision while working on a time sensitive proposal
There are more user friendly tools out there. I don't see a real benefit on using it for proposal besides the way that it organizes files. I think another file sharing software with a good set up and admin could do the same or better job.
Who will manage it. If is for proposal documents or other documents as well.
