Overall Satisfaction with ProcessMaker
ProcessMaker is used to run various applications in our organization. With the goal of cutting cost, our organization has moved over 15 applications that we use to patronize from third-party's to the platform. We have now created Document management, Reimbursement , Vendor Contract Management and many other applications on the platform
Pros
- It handles libraries very well. you can input various libraries during the development of a process
- ProcessMaker runs scripts efficiently and the error codes are very clear to understand
- Onboarding a process is not too cumbersome
Cons
- Needs to improve with Integrations with other applications
- Improve on resource consumption
- We have saved organization cost of $12000 from moving Document management from previous vendor to ProcessMaker
- 15 applications have currently been moved to ProcessMaker, which is a cost saving for us
The experience is as expected of a good vendor.
