Overall Satisfaction with Projectplace

We use Projectplace for the IT PMO. We've pushed it out to other areas of our business and users love it. I believe it could be improved, and look forward to where Planview is going with the idea of Projectplace.
  • Easy to learn
  • Road map
  • Track to-do list within the card
  • Can be quickly over complicated
  • Would like it to connect with other Planview software
  • Less 3x5 index cards
  • Less materials for the kanban board
  • Save on time, to view the updates on our phone.
I believe that Projectplace is on a good path to being one of the best workspace tools in the market. It should leverage the integration with Planview. If a customer has both Projectplace and Planview, and wishes to maintain both licenses, then they should not have to pay for the integration. You're securing a customer if you enable them to more easily implement your tools into their day to day.
Projectplace works well for smaller teams, including analysts and developers - this tool will be helpful. Also good for processes and that it can be connected to Microsoft Outlook so that the due dates on your cards also reflect on our Microsoft Outlook calendar. I do not see it working well for larger teams, because it can become over complicated.
