Overall Satisfaction with Projectplace

Projectplace is being used to organize and streamline the entire development process of ongoing projects. It is currently used by a number of a teams within the department. Multiple locations are being used, and as far as I am aware, English is the only language that is being used at this time.
  • Projectplace separates projects into "boards" for easier visibility.
  • Projectplace allows projects to be broken up into detailed tasks, which can then be assigned to individual members of the team.
  • Projectplace enables users to easily rearrange/reassign projects and tasks in a user-friendly way.
  • Often times, a lot of information is conveyed on the screen all at once, causing initial confusion.
  • Some of the text for different tools/options can be too small at times.
  • We are better able to provide feedback on the actual progress of any given project.
  • Because we have used Projectplace for only a few months now, the true impact remains to be seen.

Projectplace is ideal for medium- to large-scale projects that involve more than two team members. It allows teams to stay on task and keeps team members accountable through each work day.

On smaller-scale projects, Projectplace is much less necessary and could become tedious to use in certain minimal scenarios.
