Overall Satisfaction with Proofpoint Email Protection
It is used for email for 85% of Mass State agencies and as a mail relay for thousands of in-house applications. It is our highly dependable spam solution.
- Great spam protection.
- TAP option works very well.
- Configuring policy routes is very helpful.
- Master console configurations and push to agents is very simple.
- Improve message search to include more details.
- More details when a message has a status of incomplete.
- Log info needs a little improving.
- Out of all the different email protections we have used, Proofpoint by far is the best.
- Configuring and managing white and blacklists is very simple.
- Great for customizing needed policy routes.
By far the best email protection solution that we have implemented.
