Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

We implement Prophix for our clients. Most of our clients use Prophix for their Financial Planning & Analysis function - budgeting, forecasting, allocations, financial reporting, etc.
  • Automating Budgeting process
  • Allocations
  • Workflows
  • Product support is a weakness
  • There are some bugs in the program
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Better reporting(as most of the implementations were using Excel before Prophix)
  • Better coordination among employees using work flows
Currently, there is no product I am aware of that is as good as Prophix from a price and functionality standpoint.
It is well suited for any organization that uses Excel to do their budgeting/forecasting. From a scalability stand-point, It is suitable for small to mid-size companies(less than 100 concurrent users).

Using Prophix

Product support could be better, some very basic features(copying, pasting etc) would make the product much more easier to work with.

We implemented Prophix for over 25 clients and all of them renewed their licenses and I think will continue to do so.
