Prophix is being used by our organization for financial reporting and annual planning/forecasting. The F&A team is the main user base, but we also have other departments that are users and input planning and forecasting data.
Prophix allows us to maintain historical financial reports -- both actuals and budgets/forecasts. It is the main "hub" for our annual planning process, and is considered as the source of truth when it comes to company financials.

Our company deals with 20+ departments, all of which have some sort of annual budget. Having the ability to consolidate all of these budgets into one source has been immensely helpful as a Finance team make sure we are able to account for everything during the annual planning process.
