Qlik Sense is being used across the entire organization for self-service analytics, driving discovery and data literacy for all types of users. It supports the full range of analytics use cases.
  • Quickly merge data from many different sources to create dashboards.
  • Strong scripting language.
  • Ease of use.
  • Additional functionality on formatting options - color, fonts and headers.
  • Additional charting options.
  • Qlik Sense has had a positive impact on the ROI.
  • Qlik Sense has assisted business areas in meeting objectives.
We have used QlikView at our organization for analytics for the last 10 years. We were able to use our knowledge of QlikView to transition to Qlik Sense for self service analytics. We have reviewed Power BI and Tableau. Tableau has more formatting and visualization available but the scripting in Qlik Sense is more versatile.
Qlik Sense is suited for self-service analysis. Currently, we are using Qlik Sense for Manufacturing, HR, IT, Finance, Supply Chain. Most apps are for a specific use and used within a department and not company wide. We do not have external apps. We have used Qlik Sense for very limited predictive analytics.
