Overall Satisfaction with Quadient Inspire

Our Customer Communications Management team selected Quadient Inspire as the strategic tool for Composition and Delivery for our correspondence need. We are migrating several legacy applications to the Inspire platform. We are also using Quadient DAS and messenger to help drive digital strategy and customer preference. We have been able to utilize the Inspire suite to automate many manual processes and assist internal users in completing their work more efficiently.

Overall Quadient team is very responsive and willing to come to the table and provide valuable information and resolution for problems. What tier of support you have would defiantly impact the experience you have. Had some challenges with a few members of the support team , but when brought up with the vendor it was quickly resolved.

In our previous tool sets we constantly had to say no to the business due to "tool limitations", in 4 years with Quadient we never once had to say the tool could not do something the business wanted to do. The Quadient training team is fantastic and Quadient University is a great resource for team members as well. The interfaces are all easy to use and development is much more efficient then our previous tools.
The PSO team is very involved and knowledgeable. Some times there are availability issues due to the number of companies they are supporting but they do their best to deliver on time. PSO cost aren't cheap, but they deliver a big bang for the buck especially on critical projects or involving them in strategic approaches/decisions.
We have had some challenges with the billing/ allignment of purchases to all co term to hit at the same time, but overall the deals were handled very well, and we felt valued by Quadient, and the process was fair and timely.
Quadient Inspire is a robust and scalable tool that can support businesses of all sizings. The Quadient team both sales support and PSO are true partners working with customers every step of the way to insure success project goals , with a focus on strategic outcomes for the future. Quadient Inspire and the Quadient team provide great support for migration off legacy composition tools, while also future proofing solutions, and upgrading user experience as part of the migration. Quadient R&D team is continuously coming up with new ways to improve the product and support customer needs.
