Overall Satisfaction with Qualified

Being a part of the sales team I am the frontline user for Qualified. I am the one on our backend speaking to people on our website. I am able to provide them with my calendar, see what they are viewing on the website and transfer the conversation to another team member if needed.

Qualified is one of those tabs that are always open for me. I get notifications when someone is on our website or when they request to chat. I am able to view what they are viewing on our website. Along with setting messages to send with ease of use on the chat.
