We are using Qualifio to drive loyalty acquisition through simple games with a high potential to engage our audience, in addition to more traditional acquisition channels/partnerships with a loyalty acquisition objective.
- User-friendly reporting dashboard
- Intuitive campaign creation process
- Great support from the customer success team
- Multiple campaign (game) forms to choose from
- Some terms in campaign creation template are very tech and might be difficult to understand for new users
- It's quite difficult to edit look&feel of a campaign, it could be more intuitive
- Opportunity to create simple games like wheel of fortune or jackpot/instant win
- Easy to copy and edit existing campaigns instead of creating new campaign from scratch
- Significant increase in loyalty acquisition
