Overall Satisfaction with Qualifio

We are using Qualifio to drive loyalty acquisition through simple games with a high potential to engage our audience, in addition to more traditional acquisition channels/partnerships with a loyalty acquisition objective.
  • User-friendly reporting dashboard
  • Intuitive campaign creation process
  • Great support from the customer success team
  • Multiple campaign (game) forms to choose from
  • Some terms in campaign creation template are very tech and might be difficult to understand for new users
  • It's quite difficult to edit look&feel of a campaign, it could be more intuitive
  • Opportunity to create simple games like wheel of fortune or jackpot/instant win
  • Easy to copy and edit existing campaigns instead of creating new campaign from scratch
  • Significant increase in loyalty acquisition
  • An important decrease in a global Cost per Acquisition
  • More diverse acquisition strategy
