Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base
The app that has the most reach in our company is one that allows us to show account relationships to the sales force for 5 different divisions. We have probably 10-15 other apps that we've built that connect to our "Link" app in order to access account or rep information in some way or another.
We've also built an app that collects employee performance and quality information into one place, an app that helps track capital equipment usage, and an app that facilitates communication between the field and their customers and out back office.

- Additionally, we've always wanted the ability to query the tables.
- The cost gets high for what it is designed to be.
The ability to quickly respond to needs had made Quick Base especially valuable to us. I once built an app to replace our business continuity process in less than a day!
With a basic knowledge of Excel and Access, a user is equipped to make good use of Quick Base, especially if they have knowledge of macros and VBA.

We have achieved improved collaboration- we have one app used by several divisions and probably a dozen departments in our company, and others that we are rolling out to be used by multiple teams.
We also have achieved the ability to develop and deliver solutions faster and especially the ability to tweak those apps and make enhancements in a very agile fashion.

The app that I built in a day has thankfully not remained in the state it was. Instead, each time we use our business continuity plan I sit with the agents using it and make live, real-time updates to their requests. Amazing!
