Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We implemented QuickBase as a support tool for a new product management framework we were piloting. The decision was made by one of senior leaders to use QuickBase because she had used it for a similar purpose at a different company. I joined the company in the middle of the roll out and helped build the required functionality.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Ease and speed of setting up new "apps" or tools
Ease of getting up to speed/high intuitiveness

Cons

I don't think there is anything Quickbase could have improved on in my view - we did not use it for very long but only because we had a structure change internally - not because of the software.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for: quickly spinning up dashboards and apps to visualize a lot of data
Not well suited for: complicated databases where you need to modify raw data frequently
