Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it across multiple sites because it's online and accessible for everyone. We can disseminate information to everyone simultaneously and perform some tasks in parallel. We mostly use it as a tracking tool for the status of our projects to see if we're ready to move into production.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Allow users from multiple locations to access the site.
Track task completion.
Create useful reports and quickly check off tasks in the report instead of having to go into each and every project.

Cons

Sometimes I cannot "end up" in a cell - I have to click on it - which results in time wasted.
It's difficult to enter mass amounts of data via upload - at least for our product.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great for tracking and use among multiple sites so everyone can work on the same project together and see the status in a snapshot.
Quickly signing off on tasks efficiently without having to go into each and every project.
Ability to export reports to Excel for manipulation.
