Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Quickbase is integral to our company’s operations. It has
been the foundation on which we've built all of our systems in the last 3
years. Overtime it has become our ERP. Every department's
(Accounting, Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, IT and Operations) workflows
are overlayed across the entire system (via Quickbase) creating not only a
database of information but a unified system of operations that
are dependent on the flexibility that Quickbase has to handle an
ever changing landscape of variables.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Their lowcode environment, along with all supplememental resources (university, api resource library, ultimate services package...) needed to be successful on the platform.
API Automations both internal API Calls and external to other systems via their Pipelines tool.
Flexibility in utilization of URL or HTML within formual fields and code pages.
Providing excellent support to their customers. Many team members at Quickbase have gone above and beyond to support us along the 3 year journey we've been on thus far.

Cons

The workflow of the contract renewal process could use some fine tuning. There are some defects within that process that could use refinement.

Return on Investment

Positive: Reduction in duplication of information and workflows
Positive: unification of siloed systems
Positive: provides our company with the ability to execute work consistantly, and timely.

I can't champion quickbase enough in that regard. Everyday I am explaining to someone how I solved a problem through quickbase.
