Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase

Quickbase is integral to our company’s operations. It has
been the foundation on which we've built all of our systems in the last 3
years. Overtime it has become our ERP. Every department's
(Accounting, Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, IT and Operations) workflows
are overlayed across the entire system (via Quickbase) creating not only a
database of information but a unified system of operations that
are dependent on the flexibility that Quickbase has to handle an
ever changing landscape of variables.

Pros

  • Their lowcode environment, along with all supplememental resources (university, api resource library, ultimate services package...) needed to be successful on the platform.
  • API Automations both internal API Calls and external to other systems via their Pipelines tool.
  • Flexibility in utilization of URL or HTML within formual fields and code pages.
  • Providing excellent support to their customers. Many team members at Quickbase have gone above and beyond to support us along the 3 year journey we've been on thus far.

Cons

  • The workflow of the contract renewal process could use some fine tuning. There are some defects within that process that could use refinement.
  • Positive: Reduction in duplication of information and workflows
  • Positive: unification of siloed systems
  • Positive: provides our company with the ability to execute work consistantly, and timely.

I can't champion quickbase enough in that regard. Everyday I am explaining to someone how I solved a problem through quickbase.
