Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
Billing out client work orders and doing the invoicing for the same work orders. In my opinion, it is consistently problematic.
- None
- In my opinion, there is zero isolation between departments. Each department has a specific sales/work order/invoice numbering scheme. When one department whose numbering starts with ABC puts in a number, for example, ABC11234 it's reflected across the entire enterprise, even if the other department(s) numbering is different, for example, DEF54321, when that department starts a new entry, they have to look up their last numeric entry. Otherwise, if they open a new sales ticket, it's going to start with ABC11235 rather than DEF54322. A Grade-A time-wasting pain in the neck.
- QuickBooks advertising and/or messages that should be the system administrator's domain show up on everyone's computer, despite checking off the "Don't show this again" option.
- Not suitable for larger enterprises with multi-departmental billing.
I would have never selected QuickBooks.
