Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Pro
Quickbooks Pro handles the accounting needs of our small to mid-sized business. We are able to handle everything from quotes, invoices, receiving payments, paying vendors, and handling deposits from a single application. Different departments can handle different aspects of the accounting system, and it is relatively easy to determine what sorts of users have access to which data.
- Handling all accounting needs from A to Z
- Providing the ability for multiple users to access only the parts of the system that they need
- Recent updates to fix long-standing glitches
- The graphical interface hasn't changed in nearly two decades
- The program itself is clunky and inefficient in terms of its programming
- Very few substantial changes across the yearly updates
- Strong ability to keep track of sales and billing across accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Time saved by not having to go across multiple systems for our accounting
- Time lost by not having a program optimized to work in modern computing environments
