QuoteWerks was our company's main quoting software that was used throughout our sales department. It allowed us to quickly and easily create customized quotes for our clients.
  • Easy to import line items from various vendors' quotes. The custom import templates allow you to save time and energy when importing large configurations.
  • Easily syncs with salesforce.com. This allowed multiple users from different offices to collaborate on a single quote and keep track of revisions.
  • Personally would like to see more ability to work like Excel. For example, I'd like to be able to customize text within the actual quoting page, not having to create a new quote template to reflect my change in text.
  • QuoteWerks had a positive impact on ROI for our company. It allowed our small company to be more efficient as a whole and portray an image of a large well established organization.
Our company was recently acquired by a national firm who is already established in a home grown solution. QuoteWerks was a much more intuitive and robust solution that we will miss.
Great tool for SMB. Allows collaboration and time saving features that allow the organization as a whole to be more efficient. QuoteWerks also allows a small business to have a unified and professional look with their quote templates.
