Overall Satisfaction with Rally Software
We use Rally to help track the work teams are doing. This allow leadership to self serve on where projects are and if there are any issues they need to help with. We also use it to help track metrics for each team, allowing us to see where we can improve and where we are doing well.

- individual project customization. allowing full customization between individual projects

- Allows leadership to view project timelines and status
- Helps keep teams on track so that projects don't miss deadlines
I believe that it stacks up well against any other software. There are several things they do better and there are several things it doesn't do better. However, in the end it seems all of the software can get the job done.
