Overall Satisfaction with Rally Software

We have used Rally for Project management , Tasks management. it helps users to track productivity and project quality in easy manner and the Kanban Board shows a visualization of user stories and features throughout the entire life cycle from idea to delivery, we can see, Prioritized, unscheduled ,unplanned work. all can be tracked with proper setup.

Pros

  • Iteration status page for each project
  • Teamwise allocation of stories and tracking the work
  • Reporting of points completed for each sprint
  • Easy to track and update the status of user story or project

Cons

  • Definitely in Reporting can be improved
  • User interface can be changed to new advanced pages view
  • Projects can be compared in the current year or for particular time
  • Improved the tracking of project status and estimation
  • Reporting made easy for showcasing the deliverables
  • Made easy for Assigning the work and presenting for the scrum calls
Easy to use and can create custom dashboards, we can see Scheduled and unscheduled work, prioritized team features along with the user stories to complete in the current sprint and in up coming sprints . it helps in avoiding the project delays. Capacity tracking, we can have a better understanding of how much we can deliver in the upcoming days or particular time.
Rally is very good in tracking, compared with others, and also reporting is made very helpful for our business growth, tracking the deliverables, and making sure we have the proper capacity planning for completing the project in a timely manner. really Rally made us very happy in managing our projects very efficiently.

Well useful in tracking the Plan Progression page of stories and custom dashboards and reporting the status and points completed. Capacity Planning is very well useful for prioritizing the stories and future state of the developers availability, It helps the users or teams to tie user stories to features and projects easily.
