With the descontinued Rasa X, we had some issues, even if it was no-code: limited customization options; version control issues; conversation analysis was not very intuitive.The improvements made in the recent updates, really helped to solve those issues. About the Pro-code approaches: it provides granular control over every aspect of the chatbot.
This allows us to:

Fine-tune NLU models for our tax domain. Implement complex dialogue logic.
Integrate with any desired backend system.
Optimize it for performance.
We knew from the start that our domain was very complex. The specifics of the tax language, combined with preconceived ideas on the part of taxpayers, made our task very complicated.However, after several attempts and with the support of the Rasa team, I think we are achieving our goals.
We use chat on the tax agency portal and voice as support and triage in the call centre.
The NLU algorithms are more efficient in Rasa. Creating conversations is much easier. In IBM, the more use cases we created, the more complicated it was to up date the entire model. It was quite common to mess up what had already been done.Rasa has greater scope for use with other channels.Rasa's support is far superior.

I have been using the platform for over 3 years and I have noticed a very good evolution, in an attempt to reinvent themselves. The support team is amazing, always available to work out with us in achieving the best results. About the technology, the algorithms available in the platform suits most of the cases. Being language agnostic is a very positive point for us, because some big tech platforms have little support for PT-PT language.
