IBM Watson Discovery is able to extract insights from a wide range of unstructured data sources—including social media posts, emails and text documents—by means of advanced natural language processing. Examining trends, connections, and patterns in large-scale data simplifies our customer service and advances our data-driven decisions. Also, using IBM DB2 improves Watson since it can change to fit different data needs, enabling teams to collaborate more successfully.
