Helps SMB's reach clients like never before and at affordable costs
Overall Satisfaction with ReachMail
So ReachMail is up there with HubSpot and Mailchimp, we've used this web platform to keep up with our clients to send reminders and scope new networks of people we can work with pretty efficiently the platform is easy to use to send emails out and helps focus on the right people we want to reach.
Pros
- The Campaign Analytics has helped very much
- Also the activity tracking we've used to stay on top
- The dashboard isn't to complicated either with the tutorials provided
Cons
- I like the tutorials they have helped figure most of my issues out
- The formatting text gave me lots of issues before I saw the tutorial it was a little complicated
- Not to many bad things to say really, even customer service is fast, maybe it could be faster?
- Organized a lot more with the information and reminders
- The formatting is complicated till you watch a tutorial, but there are a lot
- Even the dashboard isn't that complicated so I'd many age groups can use this
- Mailchimp and HubSpot CRM
In my opinion, ReachMail is a good competitor to Mailchimp, probably has more features though and analytics to help organize information. There are also a lot more third party integrations that have helped us compared to other apps that we've tried before, but ReachMail has been the most useful, for me personally and my team
